      05 aveo high idle

My 05 aveo has recently started to idle high when in gear,it's been about 1200 rpms with foot on brake when I let off the brake she will climb to 2000 rpms and 20 mph, if I put it in nutrual the rpms drop to about 700

So 1200 rpms when in park, then 700 rpm in neutral, then 2000 rpms at 20mph? That sounds right to me.
