Door locks delayed

I have a 2011 and recently the locking system is being weird. I will unlock the front door and none of the other doors will unlock. It is a pain when I have groceries and the trunk won't unlock. I have to get in the front seat, lean over and unlock a back door and just put the groceries in the back seat. Then all randomly a bit later, all the doors will unlock. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I recently had this Same issue on my 2011 Aveo LT. I had to replace the door actuator on the latch.The Switch has a arm that wears out internally.
You Can get it from Rockauto for $22 for OE with a short delay(Part#96252707) or $27 for Aftermarket version. I went with OE.
Also FYI the Dealer's will try to sell you the Whole Latch assembly,but it can be replaced in about 1 hour DIY
