Ok now I'm back to square 1, having code again after cleaning pump strainer and running seafoam through it, my fuel system is reading ol_fault, and it immediately runs the LT fuel trim down to 0.0, could the pump itself be shot?

You mentioned a Chevy mechanic earlier. Did he not run a fuel pressure test?

55psi was his test for fuel pressure, forgot to mention at the beginning i have a p0141 o2 sensor code as well as the p0300, would this be causing any of my issues?

Now keep in mind with the p0141 code after its cleared i get a reading from o2b1s2, and its between 0.7 and 0.9, before the p0300 code kicks in and it goes into ol_fault, the o2b1s2 will jump to 1.095 and sit there until the p0300 kicks in, then the o2b1s2 goes to 0.0 and stays.

I don't think there's any way the downstream O2 could be causing the misfire, but you need to get it replaced in order to get valid realtime data readings such as fuel trims. Also try to find your vacuum gauge, because vacuum readings might be very helpful in diagnosing what's going on with your vehicle.

Did a vacuum test and its reading 45-50 at idle, there is also a tear in the intake hose going from tb to air box, any thoughts?

Replaced the intake pipe, seems like a vacuum leak but i have replaced all that i know of, when it is first started after the pump primes up, if i tap the throttle the is a hesitation and it will chug slightly when coming back to idle.

All of the first gens have had that intake hose rip, and it normally doesn't affect anything.

I'm assuming your gauge is measuring CM/HG, in which case the readings are in the normal range. However, if the idle RPM is steady, the amount of vacuum should be as well. So if it's bouncing back and forth from 45 to 50, that's an indicator of a problem.

Was the misfire present before you changed the timing belt? I keep coming back to the 165 compression reading, and if there's a bouncing vacuum reading, I'd be wondering if one of the cam sprockets is off by 1 tooth.

Yes the misfire was present before timing belt was done, evap purge solenoid behind the intake the wires were broken off of sensor plug as well.

With the vacuum fluctuating along with the lower compression, I can't help thinking there's some type of internal problem. It might be a big help if you could find a leak down tester to try pinpointing the issue.
