Resoldered the pins on my clock today. Shattered some brittle plastic on the clock cover and the dash vent covers. And WOW the pigtail wires coming out of the dash were almost too short to reconnect to the clock. Also the connecter plug on the back of the clock was misaligned upon reassembly with no good solution: there was only one locator pin on the opposite side of the clock body. I had to trim the clock body next to the connector to make it fit. These three issues made this process much more aggravating than it should have been.
