Aveo LS Auto, cruise control ready?

Hi all, would like to have cruise control fitted to my 2011 1.6l model here in South Africa.
I see there are already clip out flaps on either side of the steering wheel where I presume the switch would fit in ?
Would my model be already ready with regards the other bits and pieces, brake pedal etc?
Was quoted $650 today by a reputable auto electrician near me, is that a fair price ? He says the kit contains all the bits and bobs need.
Strangely a Toyota Hilux 4x4 is only $230 fitted.
      Thanks
      Duncan

AFAIK you just need to replace your steering wheel with one that has the cruise control switches. Everything is controlled by the ECU. As it's drive by wire.

Alternatively you could determine which wires connect to the ECU and simply add a push button switch and two momentary switches to operate the cruise control. In theory.
