2007 aveo, loss of power, rough idle, 6 engine codes.

Hey guys, I'm looking to see if anyone here has experienced this or may be able to help diagnosing it. Last time I was at the garage it was throwing the codes p1516, p2106(TAC forced limited power), p2110(Tac rpm), and p2135(throttle/pedal position sensor switch). Ran fine for a while now it has severe loss of power upon acceleration, low fuel mileage, and rough idle(exhaust also sputters at idle). It's now also throwing the codes po131 and po302 which are cylinder 1 and 2 misfiring codes. I checked the plugs, and the plugs in those 2 cylinders were fouled. I replaced them and it ran fine for about 20 minutes, then went back to having these problems. Also there is oil in 2 of the 4 cylinders but don't think that's part of the problem(believe that's caused by a valve cover leak). Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to diagnose these issues? On a tight budget at the moment so can't just start replacing everything that has these symptoms. Thank you all in advance.

Leaning towards ignition coil failure, I'll replace coils and let you guys know how it turns out.

Replace those oiled plug wires, along with the valve cover gasket.

Replaced the plug wires already, haven't got to the valve cover gasket as of yet though. Coil pack and wires didn't seem to make a difference. Onto the next thing

You might consider making the next thing be a compression test.
