Can I use a 195 tire on the front of a 2011 w/o interference?

Well I'm using 195 60 15 on a Koing Helium rim 15 x 6.5 with 40mm offset thy rub once in a while turning had 195 55 15 on Drag 50 38mm offset never rubbed stuck out of the fenders a little in the front
