      05 Aveo LS Overheat/Fan/Relay

      I'm suspect someone took my cool fan control relay out...yesterday car over heated for the first time. Fan does not come on at all not even with a/c on...I was looking at fuse box and the cooling fan ctrl is missing....is this suppose to be there or not...also where the relays prongs enter the holes of the fuse box it's loose it doesn't have that yellow clip in between to make it thought...what's that called....please help.
