Windshield wipers!!!!

So while I was driving the spring that hold the wiper arm to the window and hold it up when you pull them up, IT SHOT OFF!!! its gone and now i dont know what to do? would a hardware store have the spring? or anyone know where i can buy one??

I'd just ask for a new wiper arm at any auto parts store.
