Ultra Low Emission or Low Emission

Hello,
Registration renewal and smog check is due on my car this year and I need help. Pep Boys pulled check engine codes P0137 and P0172. Figured first thing to replace is the downstream sensor. They have two options of oxygen sensors available depending if it's a low emission (Bosch 15733) or ultra low emission (Bosch 15740).
Here is my 2007 Chevy Aveo LS vin kl1td56667b056802.

According to fueleconomy.gov, an 07 Aveo from California is an ultra low emissions vehicle (ULEV II).
