Transmission fluid change. And Filter?

I have a 2005 chevy aveo with an automatic transmission. I have been trying to figure out if this car has a tranny filter or screen and if it needs to be replaced? Does anyone know? Also how much fluid do I need to put in after draining the pan? Thanks.

The trans has a replaceable filter; dont remember if it has a replaceable screen. Total fluid capacity is 6.2 quarts of "T-IV" spec ATF, however, a simple drain and fill is a little over 2 quarts or so.
