      took my car to the car wash no it won't start

      i left the car wash,got about 500ft to a stop sign and when i when to take off from the stop sign it just putted i had it floored and it went no where.finally after taping a few times it ran again,luckly i got it home.now when i woke up this morning it won't start at all....i was thinking bad gas at first,or water in the intake? anyone have any tips?

      i had this problem with my old GEO Storm. it turned out to be a pin hole in the coil wire to the distro. don't know if thats it but you need a set of eye's on you're wires and some one starting the car if you see an arch then that's it. just a guess on you're problem but the Geo did it once.
      You did WHAT? to your Aveo? HAHAHAHAHA

      the ignition block on these cars should be pretty resistant to moisture compared to a distributor... let the engine bay dry out and try again.
      Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

      thanks guys i found the problem,my e-mange wiring got wet and jumped settings (at least im guessing it jumped settings) but all is fixed now she runs like a champ again
