Is the tiny tube on the valve cover routed to anything

On a manual 2005 LHD no A/C yet where would that tiny tube go just right of the main vaccuum line on the valve cover, is it just not hooked up stock?

It's the one that's smaller than 1/4".

My actuator thing towards the back of the intake manifold was popping off a lot when I first bought it and it did once again recently, since it's similarly sized wondering if it's related to it.

Mine wasn't hooked up was when I got it.

In the wrecking yards I've seen a lot of different vaccuum setups none exactly like mine although I doubt I've worked on a another 2005 manual.
