TCM aveo 2011

I have a aveo of 2011 but I have problems. I get a fault code P0963 high voltage line control solenoid control circuit. They already disassembled it and the problem is in the TCM and there is a component on the board that burned. I would like to know what component it is to find and fix it. I thank you in advance
