smog obdii HCAT and Catalyst not ready or X yikes.

Hi group, once again my used aveo5 is not making me happy. I had a bad battery and replaced it but took it for a smog check the next day I failed with obdii not ready found out the car needs drive cycles to ready everything but really having a problem with HCAT and Catalyst not sure what to do...

Has anyone had this issue I have 86k on this car... I was trying to replace the upstream but it's on too tight need to have a mechanic do it since I've already broken two bolts off (different areas) and went through the drama of drilling out and adding a helicoil.

Hi so found out the car does not have an HCAT or a secondary air system I cleaned the throttle body, seafoam in the tank and a walmart injector service and damn I passed smog... also the throttle body cleaning I did really made a difference on the performance of the car touch the gas and you can feel immediate response... I highly recommend doing it I sprayed every hose plus the throttle body but be warned it smoked like crazy for 4-5 min I did this cold and with the engine off I sprayed about a full can and try to tilt the car so the overflow will go out of the throttle towards the passenger side of the car also put something under the car to catch the liquid...
