Go to a different mechanic. You listed about 250 parts and about two hours labor. What is a snorkle? Or go bye a ODBII to bluetooth converter and learn the fix it yourself.

Having the codes is really handy before we can help you.

my money's on the intake tube between the air filter box/MAF, and the Throttle body.

I do appreciate this pictures of a snorkel. So maybe Rabbit is right (usually is) on the tube between air box and throttle body.

So here is an other possibility:

I know this thread is old, and the title is misleading, Not being picky, sorry. I was just going to comment that anyone that needs a cam and crank relearn near Albemarle NC, I can do them with this bidirectional diagnostic tool I have access too at work. And I think someone said they paid 150 bucks on one of the older threads on here, I wouldn't charge no where near that. Oh the snorkel is the piece between the throttle body and air filter box that contains the air charge temperature sensor. It is ribbed and flexible, hence the name snorkel, like whats in a divers mask, lol

I would post that under NC area for relearns since you're offering a service. Let people know you are local to the Charlotte area.
