Can anyone help me - I'm still trying to figure out my problem. Does anyone know what the output voltage should be from the VSS, B25 pin to the TCM? I believe it should be a varying voltage between 0-12V while the wheels are turning. I checked the harness, connectors and grounds - all good. I'm getting really crappy mileage without 4th gear)OD. Thanks.
