Radio display stuck

Hey yall so I just bought a 2010 aveo with only 56k which is y I bought it BTW however the radio display is literally
Stuck on a radio station AND IT DOESN'T EVEN PLAY THE STATION..i googled how to unlock it and it wont even do that ...i unplugged the fusesand it goes back to the same 98.1 display!! Cant play a cd or hook up my aux/ bluetooth also it has onstar and when i push the onstar phone button it actually shows up on the display but eventually it goes back to thw radio button so b4 I go buy an aftermarket thought I explore this avenue and maybe sum1here could save a poor single mom of 2 aload of $ tia

Did you figure out how to fix it? I'm having the same issue on my used 2011 I just bought a few days ago. It only powers on and off. Nothing else. No buttons work, and no sound. No screen asking for a code either.
