      PCV Valve location

Hi forum! I've received many a help from here fixing up my car and now I've reached something that a lot of people seem to have an issue with. I can NOT for the life of me find anything out on the internet that shows where the PCV valve is on a 2005 Aveo. I recently changed the valve cover gasket and should have looked for it then with the cover off but would anyone here tell me where I should be looking?

      -FOUND! Big thanks to reddemonx92

Here's photos for all the people crawling through search engines and can't find answers on other forums. Be cautious unscrewing it, I didn't yield reddemon's warning to well and the head of the valve broke off from the thread and it was a big hassle to get the plastic off of the valve cover. A pair of pliers did a good job loosening it from the cover but it broke when I started pulling at it.

      I'm pointing right at it

Simply remove the hose facing towards the windshield and unscrew the PCV valve from there.

It is on the valve cover. Back side in front of throttle body.

Thank you! I'm buying the part now and post photos for everyone else to see.

Be careful unscrewing the pcv valve. Mine was bad when I replaced it and the first twist I made to remove it snapped the plastic piece in half. This caused me to remove my valve cover in order to remove the dam piece.

Out of curiosity, how old is your car and how many miles do you have on it? Did the replacement help idling or driving?

My car is a 2005 and I have 100300 miles. I replaced my pcv about 2000 miles ago. I too have a rough idle still have yet to figure it out. Might by my IAC or could be vacuum leak somewhere still.
