New interior LEDs not wrking?

Was installing new led lightS for interior I had one in the dome light n I was putting in the other in the trunk light n as I was placing it in. It sparked nothing scary just a normal electrical spark very small n as soon as it did the dome light turned off n the trunk lights not on anymore either! Someone help.

check your fuses, you blew one out


other stuff may not work either
