Lost all warning lights on SIC

I have a 2004 Aveo and recently failed my emissions test because the CEL would not come on. I never saw it since taking ownership of the car 3 years ago. I know the DRL and airbag light use to work, but they are out now too. I'm going to purchase another SIC unit, but am having a hard time finding the actual part number and any info on how to remove it ! Can anyone point me in the right direction???

Just in case someone ever searches this problem, at least I can pass along the info.

Remove the 2 trim pieces next to the radio, they just pop out.
Remove 2 screws that hold the center dash piece on, again very easy to see.
Next pull dash piece straight out, not up!
2 screws hold the SIC in place, and unhook the wire connector.

I'll post the part # when I find it again!
