      loss of power

      on my way to work as i go up hills my check engine will flash 3 or 4 times and the car will stutter and as soon as the check engine light shuts off the car is back to normal i no its not my transmission for my car idles the same as b4 anyone have any ideas

      sounds like you have a misfire.

      Being that it's a 2011, you don't have sparkplug wires. My guess is you're overdue for new plugs, or your coil is starting to go. New copper plugs are like $2 a piece though. So start there.

      I'm going to add my $0.02 right now: there was that recall for Degraded Spark Plug boots a couple of years ago; and the OP's car may be affected; Plug your VIN in here: https://my.gm.com/na-gm/recalls/?eva...s_recalls_img? and see if that recall applies.

      Idk but everything is getting replaced due to a blown head gasket at 96,600 miles that god for power train warranty. If i woulda went another 3,400 miles i would be paying out of pocket.

      Wow, a 2011 with a blown HG at 96K. I suspect the previous owner didn't check the coolant and there was likely a leak somewhere.
