      Lazy blower motor

The heater/defrost in my 06 LS stopped blowing yesterday. Turns out it's just a sticking fan motor, if I give the bottom of the motor a 'thump' it spins up and works fine. Is this a sign the motor is going out, or maybe leaves and debris have made their way into the fan cage? I know when I changed the cab filter tons of crud came out, so im thinking more of it made it to the fan making it stick. I will try to drop the fan out and see what I find.

Might just be getting old too, if its OEM then you are looking at 8+ years now.

it could be a loose connection. the blower resistor could be the culprit too.

Yep, just a bad connection was all, cleaned it and now it runs great.
