Any idea how to get the plastic rod end back onto the Metal lever ball?
Tried pliers and clamps and my hands, just seems the ball doesn't want to go back in the slot

Tried pliers and clamps and my hands, just seems the ball doesn't want to go back in the slot
Haven't really ever heard of issues with the vacuum actuator.
Got a picture to show us what is going on?
