Headlight beam weird shape need help 2007 aveo5

Hi group, my headlights have been a source of frustration since I got this used 2007 aveo5
been adjusting the up/down for a while but the beam itself is not round or flatish during driving.

There is a weird shape, and it seems to be from the left side but putting my hand on the light it almost looks like the lower left side of the headlamp assembly. if you are in the driver seat.

I don't get what would cause this as my headlamp doesn't look damaged or cracked, I cleaned the lens with a drill/kit and it's pretty clear but my other car is newer and it has an even top sort of flat when the light is on does anyone have a fix? I've replaced the bulbs a couple times with stock halogen and with a set of LED
