Havoline 5w30 Prod DS GM6094M - Chevy Aveo G3 2012 sedan - Dexos 1 not on the label

Hi guys,

Oil interval time. I normally buy this Vavoline 5w30 ProDS that says 1 Dexos on the label.

This oil has come up at a good price.

This Havoline 5w30 Prod DS API SN - same label on the front but instead of a USA label and saying Dexos 1 it misses out the 1Dexos writing and it is in Brazilian.
Everything else on it is identical.

GM6094M on both but the American bottle has the extra Dexos 1. Could this just be an American thing and actually both oils are identical?
