having overheating issues.

Can someone tell me what these parts are?

The first part is spewing out coolent and is under a lot of pressure when my motor gets hot. The second part are the thing the wires are connected to. My fan fell off its bracket and got a hold of them. My fan still works but my car gets hot fast and the temp of the motor goes over the half way point when my car is idol. Im not sure what either of those parts are. Thanks,
