2005 Aveo, having fuel issues.... If I spray fuel continuously into the throttle body it will run, as soon as I stop that fuel the car stalls I am gettting fuel to the injector rail but no further it seems... Help

How do you know you're getting fuel to the injectors? Have you checked fuses?
if you are certain that fuel is going to the rail, then pull the injectors off and test them manually each to see if they are spraying. I certainly hope some bad injectors are the issue other wise it's probably internal.
