DTC P0133 Trouble Code - 04 Aveo

I have a 2004 Aveo 36,600 Miles. I keep getting a CEL light. My scanner says it is P0133 DTC. "02 Circuit Slow Response". (Bank 1, Sensor 1.) I replaced the O2 sensor and cleared the code. I did a fuel system cleaning, New plugs/Wires, & air filter. I am still getting the P0133 Trouble code.
Has any one had this problem on the Aveo? What was the problem and solution?
