I bought a 2006 aveo from a friend and it ran great, extremely great..................... until the cel came on, P0451. I replaced the little sensor on top of the gas tank (not sure of the name off hand), and drove it about 60 miles and cel again came on. replaced it 3 times but no avail. Need to smog it BUT the cel is killing that dream.
Have you tested or replaced the fuel cap? Checked the charcoal canister?
First hit on Google suggests a few easy checks and fixes
I have not replaced the fuel cap yet nor checked the charcoal canister. I have a buddy who owns a shop & has a smoke machine so imma try and get with him Monday before I toss money at guesses, which I usually do on past projects. THANK YOU SIR!!Quote:
