chirping noise when releasing clutch and accelerating

i have noticed a chirping noise when i am releasing the clutch and accelerating to get up to speed particularly in going from third and fourth gears with the rpms up. the car has 140,000 miles 07 aveo ls sedan but if i drive it in no hurry its fine. it only does it when i am in a hurry to get going i dont know if its the clutch or possibly belts torqueing
