      bad idle no acceleration

ok had a ton of codes after what was supposed to be a break job but changed spark plugs as well. car would idle very rough and then die after about 5 seconds. cleared most of them but 3. still stuck with p2110 2106 and 161b. replaced plugs and wires, ignition coil, air intake hose, and throttle body unit. now the care will run in idle but still no response from gas pedal and still have those 3 codes. what else do I need to do? I have a 2007 aveo 5 manual no A/C

Here is someone else here who had a similar issue:

      http://www.aveoforum.com/forum/f108/...e-codes-13807/

Looks like replacing the throttle body fixed his issue.

If you're interested, I think I still have the throttle body from the 07 engine I put into my 05. The 05 is cable driven, so I didn't use the 07 part. I'd let it go real cheap.

I already replaced the throttle body that was the last thing I did. and it did make an improvement but still got the codes and still can't get any response from gas pedal

Are you saying it was running fine with no issues before the brake job was done?
If that's not the case, what's the complete history on this problem?

Yeah ran good up till then. Well I guess that's not entirely true. When I would accelerate while turning on to the highest it would fell like it would skip once in awhile. Hardly noticeable

Have you checked the brake booster hoses?

Hopefully someone owning an '07 (or access to a manual) can answer this.
