2011 Aveo5 LT A/C Quit
I drove my Aveo for 5 miles and noticed that the A/C kept getting warm. When I parked the car in the garage and turned it off, it immediately did white smoke out of the hood. The lower radiator hose had blowed. We replaced the lower and upper radiator hoses and the reservoir hose and filled the coolant with 50/50 DEX-COOL. Then I drove it for a mile and suddenly the A/C quit running and the heat went up close to H. The fan on the radiator didn't run either. So what is the problem? I don't see any leaks.

If your fan isn't turning on, check for blown fuses/ wires to fan. There are generally 2 fuse boxes; one on the inside of the car( open driver door. Follow top of door to the hinge, and you will see a easy removable panel that reveals a fuse box; or its near the gas pedal- look up and down!). The other fuse box is in the engine bay, so pop that hood! Typically it's a black box that's near the battery or on the driver side of the engine bay.
Car needs to cool off or it will overheat! Make sure the car does not stay on H (Hot) for too long otherwise the engine may blow up! May be that's an exaggeration, but still. Heed my warning!

Engine cooling fan is not running. The fuses under the hood are working. I will check the fuse box inside the car.

Check the fan connector and also check if the coolant is circulating at all. If not, check if the water pump is working, or if thermostat is stuck in closed position.
