2010 Aevo Bogging Out\Losing Power when Driving (Both city and highway)

Help! I purchased my 2010 Aveo last year and it seems to be losing a lot of power recently. Whether or not I'm driving on the highway or in town, the power seems to cease even though my foot is still on the gas. If I push down harder, it feels like it's going to stall out so I'll take my foot off the gas for a sec, replace it back on, and it'll drive normally for a few minutes and then it happens again. (Almost feeling like it's going to stall) I'm hoping it's nothing major because I'm flat broke.

- I tried Lucas fuel system cleaner and it's still happening.
- There's enough gas in it.
- It's worse when I put the AC on so needless to say, I'm dying in the heat if I have to go anywhere.

The most common solution seems to be the O2 sensor (usually the exhaust sensor).
