I'm the second owner of my 2007 Aveo 5 and I have an issue with the center console electric. My clock resets every time my car shuts off and my deck won't save settings or presets. There's an after-market deck that I did not install. I'm think there just might be a live wire unconnected from the deck install, but I'm not sure what's going on. My passenger side airbag light is always on too. Anyone have any suggestions?
First step is to check all of your fuses. If all of the fuses are working correctly and not burned out, then I would then take out the radio and look at the wiring, but I would put my money on the fuse/fuses.
this is the fuse, i think it is the radio memory/clock fuse.. its been posted as a problem before.
yeah that is the one, mine has gone out several times, mostly my fault though
