2006 Aveo new parts, same scenario/issues

took my silver beast to a local shop to get a diagnosis about 3 weeks ago & the guy told me it needed a new catalytic converter, exhaust manifold due to huge cracks in it & both o2 sensors (I replaced the cat *maybe 200 miles ago so I’m calling bullsh*t there) & I replaced the o2 sensors & manifold last week. Now im getting both p0140 & p0134 codes within 7-10 miles of driving it after clearing the codes. I’m beyond stumped are this point, anyone have any other ideas I could try?

Whats the condition of the wiring harness connecting to the o2 sensors? I would make sure there not burnt out.

this car was taken care of religiously, zero wiring woes noticeably.....
