2006 Aveo LT Hatchback Rough Idle and Blinking Check Engine

My Aveo's CEL has come on while driving and it was blinking before going steady. The car is also idling a bit roughly after replacing the camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, air filter, and spark plugs. Around 130k miles on the car.

Codes, before and after throwing the parts?

Before replacing the parts it was the codes for camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, several misfire codes, and one code about the torque that I don't remember. My wife found out that a blinking CEL means there is an active misfire. After replacing the parts the only codes that would come up were multiple misfire and invalid data from the ECM/PCM.
