2005 Aveo strange red light/hazards flashing

Today I tried to start my car, and immediately my hazards would come on and start flashing. I checked the button and it wasn't pressed, and if I waited it would stop, only to start a minute later. All the while, this little red circle light in the clock panel is flashing. Even if the car is off. Keeps blinking. It ran fine, just like it always does except the lights are obnoxious and probably not good to drive with going off.

When I start it, I notice the airbag light come on, but it eventually turns off. Additionally, the hold light also comes on but goes off with the airbag light. The red light never stops blinking, and sometimes even if the car is off, the hazards will start flashing too.

If this is going to be a huge issue I need to know, nobody seems to have had this problem before.
