2004 Aveo fuel injectors won't fire

My 2004 Aveo timing idler pulley broke and messed up the head. I put on a new cylinder head, timing belt, idler, tensioner, water pump. Car was running fine prior to this mishap. My new timing is correct. When I go to crank the car, it won't fire. I disconnected the fuel line and it pumps fuel when the key is turned on. Injector wires are getting juice. When I pull the spark plugs and pour in a little fuel, the car starts and runs good for about 3 seconds. It must be starving for fuel. What is my injector issue here ?

When you disconnected the fuel line, was it at the fuel rail or further back toward the tank?

Have you checked the pressure to see if it is sufficient to operate the injectors?

Have you done a compression or leak down test?

Not yet. I will have to do it. It was fine beforehand though.

If the pressure is in spec, it eliminates any possibility that a fuel line got partially pinched or is sucking air. From there, you'll need help from the computer and sensor experts on the forum.
