09 Lost all engine power while driving, all electrical still works...help please!

I was driving at about 40mph today and my engine just cut. Rpms dropped to 0 and was unable to acclerate. Pulled over and noticed my power steering was gone. Coasted into a parking lot. My radio was still going, all electrical worked. Now it wont even turn over. Everything lights up, but no clicking, no chugging.
What a freaking night! Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

If all the electrical is working, I will assume that the starter cranks the engine over but it does not start. If this is the case, have somebody pound on the fuel tank as you crank the engine....if it starts, you need a fuel pump. If it doesn't, have your helper remove the fuel cap and listen for the pump when you turn the key to the "On" position. If the pump is not heard, you need a fuel pump. If it is heard, it is an ignition problem.

Thanks for your reply. When I turn the key in the ignition, everything lights up but the engine does not turn over.
