09 Aveo losing power, stalls while idling sometime, no codes, no check engine light.

We recently bought this car for my daughter, 60,0000 mi. The same day we brought it home, she was driving, I'm riding with her. She pulls off from a stop light and the car started to slow down, she says it's not going I've got my foot to the floor! After a couple seconds it takes off. This has happened several times. It has also stalled while idling at lights, stop signs, etc. it will have a shaking feeling then dies, from what she has told me. No check engine light...nothing. I've read and read about these issues and can't seem to find a for sure fix for this. Does anyone know what is causing this??

There is no such thing, only a collection of usual suspects. And with an '09, one of those is the spark plug wires (COPs), which should have been replaced under warranty. So try calling the VIN into a Chevy dealership to see if that recall was taken care of by the PO. If it was not, then take it to the dealer - it's a recall, so it's to be done at n/c to you.
