04 aveo LS - Minor acceleration issue

Hello all!

This is my g/f's ride, however I noticed the last time I drove it that it would momentarily lose power when accelerating from a stop. The car never runs poorly nor do we get a CEL. It will accelerate...stall on it's face...then back to normal. It happens about as fast as you can read the previous sentence. I don't now much about these cars, but I figure you guys might be able to point me in the right direction. Where to look...any procedural tips. TPS?? Filters??

Without codes, i suggest checking fueling. If there is a misfire (spark/electrical) a code is almost always set. But it wouldnt hurt to mist the wires, coil pack to test them. it could also be a clogged throttle body issue, try cleaning that as well.
