European sales figures for Aveo through 2009
Found these figures on GM's Europe site.
Noteworthy: "Aveo accounted for 21 percent of Chevrolet sales in Europe in 2009 and thereby continues to be among the most important models in Chevrolet Europe's range."
For the sedan (called the "4-door" in Europe):

Re: European sales figures for Aveo through 2009
I'm surprised at how much the Euro stats dwarf the US / North American figures.
Went back through post one and calculated annualized sales figures for each model:
56,265 - sedan / 4-door
207,818 - hatchback / 5-door
31,895 - hatch / 2-door
----------------------------------
295,978 - Europe average annualized sales
Compare to the average US sales for 2004-2009 (which includes the "Cash for Aveos!" government stimulus program)
62,207 - U.S. annual average (includes both hatchback and sedan)
Re: European sales figures for Aveo through 2009
dont surprise me too much that it sells better around the world, we only like race cars in the usa YO
Re: European sales figures for Aveo through 2009
Race cars! Maybe BIG cars.
I always thought the 2 best selling vehicles in the US were the Camry & F-150.
On some of the sites I was reading, the Aveo is considered a family sized car.
Re: European sales figures for Aveo through 2009
race cars as in hondas dog
i think there will still be "big" cars in the near future, but with better MPG's lol
not like the excursion was it? It got like 9 mpg hwy lol?
