      Best Yet (MPG)

Well I filled up and had a tank avg of 39.2mpg us... I have the scan gauge and have been driving alone lately and I have the current tank at 43.1 so far! I really enjoy having the new SGII in my ride!

      Re: Best Yet

Scan gauge is calibrated... Drove hwy at 52 mph with some gliding. I did some engine off coasting not much though, lots of improvement to do . My numbers will jump big with some 50-30 mph pulse and glides. I have found keeping MAP gauge on SGII under 10.5 is best and I am going to start trying to drive with LOD gauge. My first tank with scan gauge I got better then any tank I have aver gotten. That was in 2007! I hope to see 39.2 as a bad number here in the near future. Makes a big difference if i'm alone or not.I go slow and work my butt off feathering the pedal on hills and coasting efficiently....Hard to do with the wife in the car then it's more let's just get there. The majority of the last tank was with her with and if I set cruise at 65 mph my car does 38.6mpg all day long with warm temps!

BTW when I checked the last tank I did it with the trip on the car as I always do said 39.2mpg this time I hope to get first time in the 40's!

I believe it's every 2 seconds it updates. This thing was worth the 159 bucks by far! You can see everything going on and see why a grill block is so important for cars that are always intown or have short trips. =D>

      Re: Best Yet

You can set the refresh rate to 1 second - it's in the settings somewhere.

The dumb thing is it forgets the setting and defaults to the slower rate next time you use the car.
