Hello all, figured I would drop by and say hello!!
I don't know if I posted this already but my sister traded in the aveo for a fit, and then traded the fit in for a fiat. She regrets getting rid of the aveo lol
Did my car ever show back up on here? That would be really cool to see. It was running good still but there as a lot of paint damage from cats and was really dirty as my sister did not clean it :(

That was a shame about your Aveo. Yeah it's good to see you back even if it is to tease us with American Muscle. I had a GF who had a mustang convert and it was a lot of fun to drive and plenty of power.
A friend just bought a used BMW Z3 and he his founding out the cost of true ownership as parts are five time what a typical Aveo part would cost.
That's too bad I was hoping it would pop back up here one day haha, I poured quite a bit of time and money into the car so hopefully someone will enjoy it like I did. Mustang is good though no complaints there. I started a build thread on svtp though I haven't updated it since I got my new rims/tires.Quote:

No more german/luxury cars for me, love the Z3/SLK series from those years but it seems there are just so many issues with the cars. Won't touch one again myself.
Haha, I hear ya. German engineering produces some really wonderful cars, but they still have issues like all the others. I recently finished putting a new engine in my sister's Jetta TDI cause she let the timing belt go... That was not the most fun job.
Talk about old timers haha, a Mustang.. what a difference, love those cars too.
I now own a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 with all the bolt ons available, fully built motor, GT3582R, meth injection... all the goodies
making around 500 whp, thing is a freaking monster!
