There has been a wide body mentioned in this forum. I don't know if a search will find it. I know there are body kit threads as well

As for rims, maybe not stock but definitely not too big. You could probably find a nice set of 15'' rims for it. 16's if they are light.

      EDIT

Oh and upgrade the brakes, I know petrified.rabbit has stuff in the works, I'm not sure what is already out there, I tend to have money before I truly shop around. Good luck with the build.

I will think of a better signature later.

Ya i plan on breaks but I like to do all my research before I buy i got some money saved up I just been waiting to find the right stuff and also I found that 2004-8 aveo hatchbacks parts all work together at my work that is a parts store. Does that mean if I find something for the 04 it will work on the 08?

Another thing to do would be to add cruise control if yo would benefit from it and the car doesnt come equiped with it. Search on the froum and you will find the threads on it. It comes out to like 324 shipped and all you need is some wire and connectors and you got cruise control for under 40$. Iam in the process of doing this myself in a 2008 aveo5.

everything should as it was only a reface, the only thing i can't say(from knowing differences in the cars) is if the rear upper bar fits the sedan.

well still can't find headers for my car... I tried pitstop.zp.ua and they won't reply still nothing from summit racing. I don't know where else to buy and i need it to have the turbo port because that is a coming attraction. other than that I have been doing a lot of research and found quit a few things. Also didn't see a thread on weapon-r cai/sri and was wondering for 190 usd is it worth it or go for aem. AEM kinda got me nervous with the whole oils pluggin the mas/maf sensor and screwing it over. Any suggestion?

Ive got the AEM cai on my 04 Aveo, I believe it was this last october when I installed the AEM, I have not had any problems at all with it. My mpg went up 30 city to 31/32 city and I get better throttle response in all ranges
