I have these and I love them! Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to drop it a little without digging into the suspension too much. You get a lower car with lower center of gravity while ride comfort remains almost the same.

I`ve never had a dropped vehicle before.
After one is dropped, do you ever experience bottoming out or fender well rubbing of the tires?

Bottoming out hasn't been an issue yet either. The car is only 1.5 inch lower. Even at that height it still sits higher than most sports cars are stock if you're keeping stock bumpers and not adding side skirts. I try to avoid driving up very steep driveways with my set up if I can avoid it. Having taller rear bumper still allows me to drive up those driveways if needed front first if I'm careful.

Almost all the cars I've owned have been lowered. Its never been a problem, not even in the winter.

Thanks - just saw this question. But that is correct, you should be fine. A little bit more careful with inclines, but definitely shouldn't be an issue.

      No problems with speedbumps?
What would be needed for an Aveo to be lowered?
      New coils and shocks?
      Any links to products?
      Thanks a bunch!

it all depends on how low you want to go and the cost.
