love the ride. BUT whats up with them off road lights?
-
I did ralley last winter, I plan and fixing the bar by putting the hella lights down as fogs.

love modernlines, and the rotiforms. how well do the 16x9 fit under there? and more pictures of that? with the 20mm spacer that should have needed some 1/4 work. 20mm would also have an adapter spacer, correct? pictures of that too? how much stud was sticking through?
did you own a vw before?
-
Thanks man,
The 16x9 rears, fit very nice in the rear. I still have to drop the car a bit more but thats going to wait until next spring. I can get you guys more pictures of the wheels and fitment later tonight. I originally ordered the 5mm spacers for the rear but they ended up being a few mm too small, so I ended up using them no the fronts. Since H&R doesnt makes 10mm spacers I went for the 15mm spacers, which means you have the pain/problem of tapping and re-tapping your extended studs through the hub,
(No adapter spacer needed.) The stock studs are 12x1.5, I believe my extended studs are 20x1.5.
No, I didn't own a VW before.
-
i was just wondering about vw because you choose two of the more popular wheels vw owners run..
12 x 1.5 is the thread size of the stud, you must of gotten +20mm length studs.
I would love to see more pictures of the fitment. i cant see how a 16x9 with a final offset @ 20mm would fit under there without a modified fender. BUT i am lower than you. but i only have 3 1/4" sticking out of the hub and had the pull my fenders out almost an inch..
-
Yeah, Im a VW wanna be lol.
correct, the length of the studs is +20mm
I can will get those pictures up asap and I do have fender work down. I pulled my liner, trimmed behind my bumpers, and rolled my fenders, pulling them will come next year when I get my proper fitment/the kinks worked out. How did you pull and roll your fenders? professionally done, fender roller, or baseball bat?
-
With rabbit I'd bet it's professionally done in his garage. nice ride, dumpt.
