I've found a few in my town, noticed one was slightly modified, gonna drop by and give him a little info about the forum tomorrow hopefully.

lots of aveos around my hometown but mostly owned by older couples. there is a 1st gen pizza delivery vehicle to
Fresh photo! Here's the closest one to me, 2 blocks away. Little old lady's car.

 2 doors.. like the rims.. lower it.
 Very clean work in Photoshop! Well done.
Why do you always go straight to photoshop.....these are real 18's on my car.
I did have to add airride suspension but i think it was well worth the cost......at car shows the car gets such a great reaction......I love it
Plus the weight of the audio gear already lowers it a little........lol
My apologies. It's a good look for sure.
Just a note... this thread was meant to be a place to post pics of other people's cars spotted in the wild. Our own cars classify as domesticated. :D
Haha. Good one
I really don't see that many Aveos on a daily basis.
Interesting. Tons around here. In fact, another one ... well, a Swift+ ... moved in on my street this month. May even be closer to me than the old lady's car I posted.
Sorry about that.........didn't rerealise won't happen again - I promise LOL
I know, there's a yellow one here in Bedford that is beat up. It's like they've treated it like a napkin and are just waiting until it's dirty enough to throw away.
I keep looking for an opportunity to take pics, but I'm always en route to class and don't have time to stop.

that actually reminds me, during my orientation for school (i'm going back for Heavy Diesel equipment repair) I spotted a Sport Red 09-11 Hatch parked right next to the diesel shop, if its still there when I start school next Tuesday, I'm gonna attempt to Lure its owner here and have that one Domesticated, as well as a photo Op with Scoots.

here's that Sport Red Hatch I mentioned in my previous post, turns out its an 09 with about 40K on it and looks to be a 2LT with EVERY Option Except for Auto, Leatherette, and Sunroof; and I managed to Sow the Seeds of Domestication with its owner!
Too funny :DQuote:

Haha, I got a good chuckle out of that too.
till i joined this sight ive never seen a non stock aveo. as we all know this is a female dominate car at least the 4 door.
mine by for looks the best in my city and i get props for the very little work i have done to turn it into a laughed at car now people hear my car from a mile away. it turns heads and makes people think dang i know i seen him driveing around but now his car looks legit

Caught this little Yellow Gem on my commute to school this morning! I've also looked through my school's parking lot, and there are 3 other Aveos spanning across the whole 2004-2011 run not including my own Scoots.
I have a few from my drive to Cali from Louisiana.
Looks like Clary, just a little built up.

So I just saw one lol the others were Sonics
I saw notable sedan the other day... notable because it was the rustiest Aveo I've seen so far - the rocker panels were shot!
Didn't have a chance to get a pic. I'll keep watching for it again, though.... it was shocking.
Am I the only one who takes note of the first time you see significant rust on a specific car model?
(People who live where cars don't rust can just shut up. :D)
Lol its not going to be good when someone gets in a wreck from trying to snap a pic on the road.
I spotted this one at the parking lot at work today.
Kind of a nice aveo, I liked the hub caps.

Just to let you know, you see a lot of Aveos at my country, you could get tired of seeing them here
Specially because they all look in bad shape...
here you can see a lots of pictures of aveos t200 t250 .

well, it looks like one of the Older Aveos has left Campus, only for it to be replaced by THIS!

and Before you Accuse me of just taking a Picture of Scoots, let me direct your attention to a few Key Differences: 1) note the GM Mark of Excellence and the Side Repeater on the Front Fender, which makes this an 07-09 Aveo; Scoots is an Early 2010 (with a Build Date of 12/23/2009) but she was built late enough where the GM Mark of Excellence and the Side Repeaters were already Eliminated. 2) note the lack Aveo Lettering on the Decklid, the Lack of the Lip Spoiler, and the Missing AveoForum Sticker on the Back Window; if you remember me showing off my new AveoForum Sticker, one of the Pictures shows my Decklid with ALL of the badging INTACT, and the Lip Spoiler present (even the Bowtie with Early Onset Badge Rot). 3) note the VERY Sorry state of the wheels and wheel Covers. my wheel covers are still shiny, have only slight curb rash (which was Painted over when I restored my wheels), and the Bowties are painted Gold. 4) this Aveo is parked by my school's Welding Shop, while Scoots is always parked by the school's Diesel Shop which is up on a slight hill.
I'm gonna win this thing right here:
Today I went snowboarding with my brother. ~260 km round trip. He drove. So I decided I would snap pictures of all the Aveos I saw along the way. :)

The problem is my phone's camera is so slow, I only caught about one fifth of the actual number I saw. (Which is why you don't see any of the ones I saw going the other direction on the highway.)
Most of those pictures look like this, as I frantically whip out the phone and...

So, imagine another 18 of those photos with Aveos in them. That is all!
Not at all! I do it with JBodys (Chevy Cavalier/Pontiac Sunfire) all the time. (NOTE: That was the first make/model i built on my own, so i have a love for those little GGs lol)
this literally made me laugh hysterically for some reason (most likely because that is what I say to Averi when I'm lazy and don't back her into her spot next to the garage)
I have been trying to get some pictures here in portland, there is an extremely high concentration of Aveos.

I will get more soon, there is a yellow one around that has some rims. Unfortunately, the rest appear stock.
Same here. There are 3 copper coloured ones (all stock) within a 5 minute walk of where I live.
Found this one parked next to me at target Attachment 8178
Nice decal. :D
I don't believe in covering in decals but some well placed important ones are a necessity :-)
