Stock Center Bore Diameter for Eibach Pro Spacers R&D
If anyone knows the actual center bore diamenter of the stock 09 Aveo in mm I would appreciate that info. I am working with Eibach to get a 20mm-25mm Hub Centric Pro-series System 4/8 wheel spacer for our vehicles to give it that extra mean wheel stance. Thank is advance. I don't have a MM caliper to measure so I'm asking.

200 225 for all four corners will be nutted to stock hub and then spacer will have it's own 4 studs protruding thickness to be determined but was talking 20mm to 25mm might go to a 30mm but need to get my tires in to accurately measure clearances on fender.

just remember our stock studs are about 27mm.. so if you go 25 or 20.. then you will need to grind down the tops of the studs for a flat mounting surface on the adapters hub face.

oh and i speak from experience, a 7 in wide rim, with a 195 series tire and a 10 mm final offset. rubs like hell on the back. a 35 mm offset of the same width and tire, sits just inside the fender on the front.

OK Rabbit here is what I'm Looking at:
stock on left desired on the right
and the details
My ultimate goal is to do all my tire/wheel and spacer changes at the same time I do all my suspension changes H&R Performance Lowering Springs and BC Racing Coilovers (awaiting part/mod clarification) possibly doing wheel Spacers if will look meaner and all for if the front will accomidate without body altering.
the wheels i decided on are the one-piece forged aluminum Enkei GTC01, 4x100 17x7, 38 offset, 75 center bore.
and the tires I decided would be the Yokohama S-Drive Series 215/35R17 they are a little cheaper than the Falken 452 series.
I'm not sure how much wheel space I can use till I get the wheels I imagine but I'm open for discussion on this set-up.

I thought stock offset was 45mm and rim was 5.5inches wide.

I was told 40 but in any case the higher the ofset the closer the wheel and tire moves toward the car suspension so by me going to 38 is giving me a little bit more room and with a spacer even more clearance away from the vehices suspension and braking components.
